Help! with GREAT Restaurant tips for Singapore

I can recall a number of ripper restaurants in SIN, but fear that in my old age I can't recall their names or addresses. Majority of times I visit SIN it's for work so clients and colleagues tend to do the driving and I just zone out.
When will you be in SIN? If I'm around that region, I might show you around.
