Has anyone eaten at one of Dolly's restaurants? How was it? What price range?

Hi BWS-- Yes, Ive been a long time fan of Dolly Y. Everytime she has been around the kitchen, its been one of those dinners to remember. Other times, its been variable, although people tutored/trained by her have never served me a meal I didnt enjoy.

As for price range, Buenos Aires prices in US$ terms are still a bargain. Final tab will depend on the wine of your choice, but it will be hard to spend more than US$44-60 per person on food alone (for 3 courses and coffee/tea).

This post serves as clarification

I inadvertently posted in another thread that there is currently a Dolly Y. restaurant in Buenos Aires that is open to the public. Below the complete story. Sorry for the confusion.

The place in question is Espacio Dolly. It is in fact an operation that is not open to the public (I was made aware of this fact just yesterday). I apologize for posting this misleading information. I have been invited to Espacio Dolly on two occassions, as part of my dealings with the F&B trade - and wrongly assumed that this was a venue that one could have access to simply by reserving a table. This is not the case, so unless you can get the trade connection, dining here as part of a regular visit to Buenos Aires will not be an option.
