Best individual is Stuttgart, where the Top Air restaurant has received a Michelin star for over 20 years.
One of the better domestics is SFO T2, with sit down places like Lark Creek, Napa Farms, Cat Cora, Burger Joint and more.

MEM had a BBQ place that everyone raved about. Not sure about its fate since NW dehubbed as a result of DL.

nrt for sushi and ramen bars
iah because it has ray's bbq, whataburger, pappadeaux, hubcap grill (fantastic burgers) and soon a breakfast klub! (local houston soul food joint)
pdx has a row of very nice local places pre security
sfo intl pre security food court is also on point
where in yvr was this?
i find the food in yvr is awful like all canadian airport food: cara and hms host garbage. at least you can get a medicore bagel from tims for less than 5 dollars
where in sin do you find good food? i found it to be all chains like mcdonalds and dunkin donuts, where was i missing the delicious fresh food post-security?

HND and NRT have good sushi places; HND's Edo Village also has plenty of other decent options. For a small airport (albeit one that probably has on average the most sophisticated passenger demographic in the world), LCY is quite decent.
