I went to enroll yesterday. The Web site worked flawlessly. It turned out I had already enrolled - long enough ago to have forgotten about it. I sent them an e-mail and got a prompt, courteous and accurate reply. I was able to get in, fix my profile and do all the other stuff. They had an address on record that I haven't been at since late 2000 and a credit card I cancelled almost as long ago!
Did you go to aa.idine.com?
If it doesn't work, try the e-mail contact link. Or, at the risk of ticking him off, try writing to the fellow who helped me: Anthony Shotwell, [email protected].
BTW, I was impressed by how much their list of restaurants has improved since I last looked at it a few years ago. There are places on it now I'd actually go to when I have a choice!
