We bought 9 lbs of some of the nicest halibut I've ever seen from the boat today. Caught this morning. Tonight: Pan seared halibut with garlic butter, Mixed green salad w/blue cheese dressing, sourdough bread w/butter. No balsamic in sight. :) The rest portioned and vacuum sealed and in the freezer. All set for the summer.
