It was good but perhaps waited too long for this photo . The others had started on theirs as the ice was melting , whilst I was slowly enjoying the last bit of the crab omelette .

They were cheap and I wanted to try to make something of them... didn't end up doing so, but I do want to make sure they're used up. So might see what comes up over the next few days. A surimi omlette might be interesting to try.

NYC hotel restaurant still closed, so elite breakfast option is via the Butler delivery service. Hmmmm. Breakfast food that holds up being delivered? I got the avocado toast with some "impossible" sausage. Not bad. Coffee was still hot. Enough to tide me over until I get some real NY füd.

Second breakfast: AAdmirals Club avocado toast with smoked salmon. Yum!!!!!
Also had a slice of bacon and some fruit and roasted potatoes when I got to the office.

It’s a chilly 60° at my house, so I Instant Potted a sausage barley veg soup this morning. I roasted a chicken last week, skimmed the fat off the drippings, and used it as soup broth. Two thumbs up 👍👍.
