Lunch - Some homemade (not my home) banana leaf pig tamales still in the freezer from last Happy Baby Jesus Day, along with mixed greens, little tomatoes, and some dressing I whipped up with some mayo, ají chileno, and rice vinegar.

Breakfast: chopped liver on rye bread with a little Russian dressing. Finished the chopped liver so back to oatmeal or eggs tomorrow.
Lunch: Progresso Light chicken rigatoni soup, one egg, slice of rye bread
Afternoon snack: salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, jarred jalapenos, "bac'n bits"). Please be sure to say something if this offends you

Yup. Five days later than expected, but I decided that it was better to head over early prior to my haircut to have this lunch than to not do so. Had there been company, I'd have ordered the full Imperial Roll order plus a lemon beef salad to share, plus maybe one more thing.
