This is truly an amazing meal, I wonder how hard this is, to find in Japan?
The chief does several dishes from the lobster, I am impressed.

Couldn't finish even the first sequence. Would have liked to see the lobster not just chilled with ice for some minutes, but actually properly killed, before being cut into pieces.
