Liquor Taxes by State

The beer taxes thread made me wonder about where our insanely high Liquor taxes in Washington rank (not surprisingly...#1).

Despite being a liberal state we are really big on regressive taxes.

Alright Texas! 45th! I'll take it. (pours a celebratory drink from an inexpensive bottle of bourbon...)

Ah, New Hampshire! I assume there are still charter buses headed there from CT and NY, stopping at the first state liquor store over the line.

Golly! I knew OR's liquor taxes were high but not that high.

Gotta love NH. I remember my first time passing through from MA on my way to VT and just cracked up at the positioning of the first liquor store across the stateline: right next to a rest stop.

Say I bought a 6 pack of beer for $10 in NH/WY. What would it cost in WA?
