Most delicious skin: Sweet potatoe! Cannot imagine eating a sweet potatoe without skin :D

Currently experiencing difficulties with tomato skin. I bought a box of Santa Sweets, usually very tender grape tomatoes. I find myself spitting out the skin. It's tough as rawhide.

When going to a foreign country known for their "health" problems never ever eat the skin :) Other than that, "skin-out"! :D

I guess I'm mostly a skinless guy, but one major exception is the (russet) potato. I want skin-on fries, and I'll pick at them to avoid the ones with no skin first. Usually when I have a baked potato, I scoop out and discard the innards down to about 1/4 inch from the skin, then add the butter, sour cream and chives. I do prefer mashed potatoes to be skinless though. Texture issue.

Chicken skin, if not a thick fatty part and stewed in a tasty sauce, can be really delish since it absorbs all the flavor.

Then there's chicken feet. Yum.

I used to peel off grape skins as a kid. Now, I'm just too lazy, but would still prefer it.

Obviously, having to peel your own grapes is ridiculous, that's what spouses are for.

You mean GFs/BFs. I got my wife to do it once while we were dating, but definitely won't do it now :p

However, it depends on kind of skins, I don't eat all skin.
My favourite skin are salmon skin, crisp skin and some kind of fruits such as grapes, apple,..

This is why one concubine is never enough. One to peel the grapes, one to work the fan, one to ....

Fish skin is the BEST!
