Best Knife Set - Advice needed

Programs: Honestly, I've been out of the travel game so long that I'm not even sure. Maybe Marriott Gold?

I've found that as long as one has a good set of knives you're ok. The key is getting them sharpened regularly. For the longest time I didn't sharpen them b/c I wasn't sure where to go. Then one day Mrs. Mapletree took it upon her self to get them done. Some mom and pop shop nearby...made a WORLD of difference.

The Henckels and Wusthuf sets are Amazing. Depending on your price range, these are the ones to look at:
Henckels Twin Signature 11 Piece Block Cutlery Set - $200
Wsthof Classic 8-Piece Knife Set - $300
If price is not an issue and you simply want the best, check out Ginsu Hanaita 15 Piece Damascus Series Cutlery Set, but these can run you over $1000.
