Deep fryer recommendation

Our Fry Daddy died last night, so it's time for a replacement.

I want something not too small, but able to be easily stored on a pantry shelf. Some of the newer ones seem really flimsy. I don't need anything fancy, just an on/off switch and the ability to set a desired temperature.

Our Fry Daddy just died recently too so I'll join you in hoping for an answer to this.
