Grapefruit juice all the way, I always get a bottle of freshly-squeezed one at my local supermarket. Sure beats the big brand ones that are carton-packed thousands of miles away...

Worth noting, among the same brand, it's grapefruit juice not-from-concentrate in the carton at the store, but look a the ingredients of the same brand in other packaging and it might be more like grapefruit flavored water.

I wish grapefruit really did have the fat-blocking property that an earlier poster attributed to them. At least in my case, they don't seem to work. :( ;)

They block the fat from leaving the body. You have it reversed.

Grapefruit juice at breakfast. Orange juice goes better with Vodka.

Some of the restaurante have the ready to eat grapefruit wedges with no skin/seeds and I love to them for breakfast when I travel. I guess they come in a can or a jar. Any idea where I can buy them in bulk? I looked at Costco and Sam's club but no luck in finding.

They come in wholesale 5 gal pails.

Grapefuit is best in cocktails. For breakfast... blech.

Food service wholesaler will have them, but they generally do not sell to the public. If you know any restaurants well you might be able to have them order a pail for you.
They also need to be refrigerated, so imaging the size of a larger pail of paint and fit that into your fridge.

...or, a couple of other grapefruit aficionados could share in the cost and they could divide the contents of the five gallon container into smaller containers to fit in their respective refrigerators and repeat as necessary.

I would be one of those people, if I could...

Umm, maybe I should have one of our establishment order some and repack them into 1 gallon containers to resell to grapefruit loving FTers? BUT Refrigerated shipping will probably kill this idea.
