Thanks.
To the OP: $100 is probably just enough for you to eat there by yourself. At $46/steak plus sides & dessert, you'll easily hit $60 or $70. Add on tax & tip, and you're talking around $100/person without wine.

You can see menus with pricing by using the "download pdf menu" dropdown from the menu page.

Thank you. That is very helpful for planning.

And, thanks for other replies!
I'm learning more about my friend. She used to drive a Lexus but now drives a Honda. I think I will be ok!

Prime Rib & Hash Browns
My wife and I split the 30 oz prime rib and a side of hash browns... even with a glass of wine and a cocktail it's always around $100 for the two of us. That and we take home half the steak and a 1/3 of the hash browns because their portion sizes are humongous.
We're not big eaters, but even if you are, you could always get another side seeing as you're not having drinks. $100 should be fine.

TY for the last reply.

I was not aware that certain PALMS located in hotels such as the Ritz are not open until evening dining on Sunday. As you can tell, I was more concerned with apparel and what to expect to spend than the operating hours. MY BAD, I just made an assumption (be careful, here now
). And, since my friend seemed to be knowledgeable about the Tysons Corner Palms, I didn't think to call before we arrived after church. Result: we did not dine together as planned.

I just treated a friend to dinner at The Palm in West Hollywwod and we ordered the 85th anniversery meal and it was really good. Choice of starter(we both had the exceptional Caesar)and surf and turf.
In my younger days I could have polished of the 18 oz NY strip and two lobster tails by myself easily-but now thae amount of food was just right for two 50ish guys.We split a dessert and were satisfied. Service was great BTW altough the place was really busy for a Sunday night.

Wow, that sounds nice!!! I don't eat lobster though but don't mind if someone else does!!!
Still have the Palms card; gratefully, it doesn't expire!
