Endangered Species chocolate is not only fair trade but donates 10% to endangered species, and has products like "Adopt a Elephant collection" as gift baskets. They don't do truffles or bon-bons, but do have chocolate covered fruit and nuts as well as bars. https://www.chocolatebar.com/categor...nt-Collections
Terra Nostra chocolate is fair trade organic, and does do truffles. They are in Vancouver (Canada) so shipping to HNL might be expensive (cost more than the chocolate). http://www.terranostrachocolate.com/
All the other ones I know of are in Europe or Australia/NZ, somehow the US market is more interested in price than in chocolate quality or ethicalness. Amazingly hard to find within the US when you'd think there'd be a market (Hershey has a whole town of not so fair trade chocolate, for example).
