Well..The wines were amazing. The Burgundy we ended up having was a stunning Henri Jayer Cros Parantoux. Cellartracker sums it up quite nicely. It was one of the greatest wines I've ever had.

This year's Open That Bottle Night is Saturday, Feb. 26. We may have some friends over, unless we finish off all the old bottles beforehand during this freezing weather

Open That Bottle Night was created by Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher They were the former wine writers at the WSJ. It was their love of wine that really got me interested in furthering my wine education. ^
