I've never eaten at a Bob Evans, and I am a food/restaurant/parts of the country snob, and I even I bristled at some of the posts in this thread.

Come on people, fly-over country is still part of the country, and there is plenty of good and interesting going on there. I live in CT now, and i can tell you that it ain't much more interesting than Indiana here.

As for Bob Evans, maybe I'll have to try the breakfast some day.
