Apparently this offer was intended to start on April 1st, but it just appeared on Diners (USA) site today:

It all adds up, receive 30% more British Airways Avios* for every Club Rewards point you convert between April 1, 2014 and May 31, 2014....Convert now through May 31, 2014 to get 30% bonus Avios.
Canada transfer rate: 1250:1000 + bonus = 1300
USA transfer rate is 1000:1000 + bonus = 1300

I transferred some points about 2 weeks ago and just saw the 30% bonus. A nice surprise as there was no notice about this promotion that I saw.

The bonus with the downward trajectory. First, 100%. Then, 50%. Now, 30%. Next?
