Can you see points balance online
Agent said if you go to Redeem Awards, you should be able to see it there, but I'm not finding it. Also, didn't it used to be present on monthly bills?

Select a specific award and click "add to cart." The shopping cart screen shows how many "qualifying points" you have, even if you don't have enough.
