This document doesn't refer to the Professional (personal) cards. It is targeted at the corporate market. I read it to mean that Club Rewards is an extra cost option for Corporate cards (just as Membership Rewards is optional for American Express corporate cards), and it is not available with the Travel Account Program or Event Card Program or MNCC cards.
I think it's safe to assume that if Club Rewards were going away for Professional cards they would not have bothered to mention that AA is leaving the program.

I agree MIA. They wouldn't have sent us the info pack if they were going to cut us off. I hope they are not going to charge us extra for club rewards. Well more than we are already paying annually.
