Food in JFK

I'm flying on JFK-DEN tonight ~7PM and as someone who doesn't fly DL that often, I was wondering if I could get some expert opinions. Where should I pick up dinner in the airport before boarding? I'm looking for something tasty, not outrageously expensive, preferably to go, and healthy (ok, moderately healthy). I know that there's no way that I'll get all (or even most) of these--but I'm looking for suggestions--where do people grab grub enroute to the plane?

Thanks.

Balducci's in T2 (near gates 23-25) is the best bet for what you describe. T2 is connected to T3 by a skybridge, so the Balducci's would be no more than a 10 minute walk from anywhere in the T2/T3 Delta complex.
