Why the difference in flight durations

so by my house in stone mountain there are really 2 locations that have gas "consistently" now (one our of 3 days they don't or something like that): walmart and kroger. i filled up on friday last week and spent 20 minutes in line. the last couple of times i've seen lines at either location it's hindered traffic and the lines look to be close to 3 dozen people waiting.
it's just horrible right now in atl.

i'd have to look it up but i think that jet fuel is actually cheaper than what we put in our cars right now. really makes you stare at the pump and scratch your head.
