Lost Luggage

I have never heard of that rule before. My luggage was lost for four days, and all I got was a toothbrush, a razor and a comb. I asked about financial compensation, but was told that there was none available. You pay your money and you take your chances. I learned! I can now survive for at least 48 hours with what I have in my carry-on, and if I am willing to do laundry I can manage for weeks, unless people get tired of seeing me in the same two shirts.
