It would be interesting if they were to throw these 767's on the ATL service to eat up roatation hours. Then again, the 75's and 88's also need to rotate.

Another destination could be SLC but the demand for a 767 JFK-SLC isn't there (and their 1 767 goes on to CDG and another comes back from ATL).

Given today's fuel prices, I don't think there is any domestic destination out of JFK that would justify the use of an international 767 just to increase aircraft utilization....cheaper to just let the plane sit and enjoy the sun for a few hours...

The aircraft can also be cleaned and serviced, which will help improve schedule reliability later in the day.

There's plenty of time on the ground in EZE which is a lower cost venue for a lot of activities than NYC. Are the skill sets and tools missing to accomplish much of that during the long time on the ground in EZE with one or two wide-bodied planes?
