Coming Biz Elite Service Upgrades?

I know the new duvets and pillows are beginning this month, and will be rolled out thru April. I also read somewhere (can't remember where) that BE will also eventually be getting new plates, silverware, etc. Does anyone know when that is scheduled? Are there any pics of the new 'ware?

it will be a while before it is rolled out, the food/dinnerwear stuff that is. They are still working out the 'warm milk and cookies' part. :P

Just came back BOM-JFK and they already had the new duvets and pillows on the flight. Both are oversized ^^ (especially for the duvet as you get more than full coverage). Much better than the existing cloth/synthetic/wool blankets.

How do they compare to the BE blanket of the 2000 era? It was a nice heavy wool type material, very warm, and comfy. Somehow, a couple of them ended up in my linen closet.

I'd take that over a sundae any day! ^
Wonder if it'll be a choice - warm cookies or a sundae?

Only 777 flights have the new covers/pillows. The 767's will get an update on pillows and blankets later in April I heard. Meal service stuff is still in the works on updates, so look for that much later!

Something's better than nothing, eh? Will have to save up (miles, $$, etc) for another BE trip later in the year, I guess!
