Mileage credit

I took a flight on NW in January and included my Skymiles # on the reservation and it printed out fine on all four boarding passes. It never posted so I faxed the service center a cover letter as well as all four boarding passes (the complete passes with stub still attached).

Today I e-mailed the service center and they said they received my request and asked me to send them, "the ticket copy". Here is what they said:

For the MQM's to be posted to your account we would require both the ticket copy and the boarding pass. The information received was only the boarding pass.

What is the ticket copy? Other than boarding passes, all I have is the e-ticket itenary and receipt.

Thats what they need. Just send them the printout of your eticket receipt from NWA.com or your email. I think they just want to make sure you actually paid for the ticket.
