RIC gets the 757
I checked my itineraries today and accepted the changes, which included, an a/c change from MD88 to 757 what seems to begin Nov.1
DL 946 ATL-RIC 6:55PM 8:32PM
The return operates the next day:
DL 1503 RIC-ATL 7:40AM 9:23AM
To my knowledge (and unless they change it) this is the first time RIC has seen regular 757 service. US occasionally used the A321, but no other airlines have used the 75 at RIC.
Even though I'm in First for these flights in November, this is great news for upgrades for Elites on the route.

Haha, I just posted a thread on A.net about this. I got so incredibly excited. The plane is for November only sadly. Last year I think they operated a 738 shuttle on the route. I was extremely excited about that as well.
