Finally Got Columbia House DVD Miles, Only Took Forever

I joined CH DVD 3K SM Promo a long time ago, believe it to be at least a year now and the 1st 1.5k posted promptly. I fufilled the requirements within 6 months and after waiting 4 months for the remainder to post I began writing them. Here's some of the last few correspondences between us. Thought I'd share with you all. I'm in customer service and if one of my people treated my customers like I've been treated in this manner they'd be retrained and if that failed they'd be looking for a different line of work. Please note that the April 29th note from me was after numerous notes to them and the replies always telling me to contact everybody BUT them.

SkyMiles statement within 90 days after qualifying
