Anyone else lose their itineraries?

Anyone else lose their itineraries?

I just pulled up my account on www.delta.com to find my itinerary for Dec
December 28th was GONE. I had a message that "We didn't find trips that match your SkyMiles #. Try a confirmation #."

The intinerary is valid and active. Any clue why it has appeared automatically on my account for the last SIX MONTHS since the reservation was made and now is all of a sudden NOT FOUND?

Any one else lost any in the last few days? Has there been a programming change? I am a third "III" and sometimes loose reservations due to their programming. Not sure how they have it set up in their computer but sometimes you must add the "iii" to the end of my last name to find a reservation. ALL are made THROUGH Delta.com using THEIR data so I am not sure WHY they cannot get it right.

Had the same thing happen yesterday; they're back today (for me at least).

I don't fly till January 15 again but all of my upcoming ones are still there. I'm betting the iii or III is part of the problem.

Just off the phone with WEB SUPPORT and they say it was due to a flight number change. She said it was RARE that it would block it from view but did in this instance. And, that I could call and have the ticket "reissued" over the phone to have it appear again. I politely explained to her that when I have 20+ itineraries in my record and Delta makes flight changes every 2 weeks I was NOT going to be too happy having to call and have them all reinstated to my web account.

I hope this is indeed an "isolated instance" as she claimed.

A flight number change does not usually cause this to happen, in my experience, nor does a time change. I had several itineraries in the last 2 months with both flight number and time changes and they still appeared, although I had to call and get them to re-issue tickets in some causes.

Yes, I know. Same with me in the past. That's why I wonder if there has been some ingenious format change to the website that is NOT recognizing my frequent flyer number due to my suffix. I know that when I check in online and click on the record that is already inserted I always get a screen that says " your reservation is not found " This after I just click on the confirmation number listed on the screen! After I add "iii" to the end of my last name, it appears.

Seems like a simple programming glitch that could be corrected if the web geeks (sorry for the label) would just spend a few minutes to fix it. I suppose it would be a MAJOR ORDEAL if I called up SkyMiles and requested they REMOVE the "III" from my name entirely.
