DL responds to E-Mail!
Just had DL respond to an email I sent regarding customer service/Skymiles upgrade rules.
It took just over 30 days to get a reply, but the reply apologized, indicated that my comments would be forwarded to the Skymiles Center for review, and added a nice bonus to my FF account for my inconvenience.
Way to go Delta!

I did not note the address, but I sent the comments via the DL website. There is a form, in which you fill in your Skymiles #, flight information, etc. The form gets emailed to customer service.
