I left my wireless keyboard at my seat last night on a flight into BOS. I submitted a Lost and Found claim with Delta but who knows how long it will take for someone to look at that. I am flying out tomorrow
Has anyone ever had any luck collecting something at BOS directly from Delta after they lost it? I was going to try to contact Delta directly at the airport but finding a direct number has proven to be difficult.

A few years ago I left a Kindle on a flight into BOS. When I was departing a few days later I went to the Delta baggage office before my return flight and was able to claim it. I don’t think I had called beforehand. The DL baggage office is near Carousel 4, the carousel DL uses.
Last year, I left my tablet on the plane heading to BOS. Immediately filed the report online but no updates - called and they told me same. On my way out of BOS 3 days later I stopped by the baggage office near carousel and told them flight + seat. They immediately found it on shelf. The claim was never updated which leads me to suspect they don't really document this very well.
Update on this one.....I did stop by the baggage service office yesterday.....DL agents working were friendly and I explained the situation......agent who I spoke with "knew her stuff" and immediately said she didn't think it had come in but went to check.....sure enough it wasn't there. My claim online is still pending and they did tell me some items wind up in ATL so we shall see if it gets returned......doubting it if they didn't have it in BOS.
