Errors with Passes in Apple Wallet

Errors with Passes in Apple Wallet

In the latest DL iOS app the passes that are sent to apple wallet 1) have the departure time incorrectly labeled as boarding time and 2) do not include a PreCheck identifier (even when it shows in the app).

Delta added support recently for iOS 26 new boarding pass features, maybe this triggered your error?

the passes for my flights tonight and tomorrow that I just checked in for look 100% correct

I have iOS on my phone and this is the new experience (including the flight tracking). Interestingly, I checked in a bit ago for my return and the mobile boarding pass reverted to the previous style (without the new Apple Wallet features).

I just checked in for my flight tomorrow and I got the old style, wonder if they reverted back?

It seems pretty clear that they enabled the new boarding passes server-side, realized they were borked (like a lot of Delta IT), and reverted back.
