Snack breakfast?

AM flight in January from MKE to SLC in first. Flight is 3 hours and 35 minutes. Meal is listed as "Snack breakfast" any comments? I have never heard of this on a flight of this length.

Nope, "Snack Breakfast" is what is listed for early morning flights out of stations without catering. These early flights don't even get cold meal boxes as they don't cater them on the inbound the night before due to fresh items. So the shelf stable Market/Bistro snack boxes are what is typically served.

Last pathetic example of this was on the nearly 5 hour ATL-UVF flight, the options left in my row were a banana bread box with butter. Enjoy it.....

Not exactly as that's a meal box. It's still an upgrade over the Market/Bistro snack boxes (had enough of those during Covid to last a lifetime as they were the ONLY meals in FC for something like a year and a half).
