I don't judge people on their mistakes, I judge them on how they overcome them. I'm not pleased with Bastian, Samant or Narayanan but the next couple of weeks will determine if I'm going to light the torches or not.

What I'm waiting for is an honest e-mail from EB saying:
(A) We screwed up (B) Here is what we are doing long term to try and avoid this happening again (I understand they can't say "to make sure this doesn't happen again" because... you never know) (C) Here is what we are doing in the short term to win back customers |

I am curious about what flight he took to make it to Paris and where from. A reddit post mentioned a FA mentioning having Ed on her flight. He did just post on the delta news hub but it is your typical saying a lot but not saying anything at all kind of post. |
