Booking window: 330 days?

In my head, Delta opens bookings at 330 days out- that still right? (And I know times will always change if we book early and it probably won’t be cheapest flight).

Correct. Booking window still opens at 330 days out (Dec 31st as of today). Note that in addition to limiting bucket inventory in cheaper fare classes around the holidays, Delta also has mandatory surcharges on domestic fares around the holidays (Dec 18th - 23rd, 26th - 29th, and Jan 2nd - 5th for yearend holidays in 2024). You should find generally cheaper fares if you travel Dec 24th - 25th, and Dec 30th - Jan 1st due to not having surcharges and being less popular travel days.

Note the oddball surcharge amounts don't include US 7.5% domestic excise tax which gets tacked on to surcharges. For example, $27.91 x 1.075 = $30 even.
