Skyclub and Latam Lounge Access Question

I am a Delta Diamond Medallion. I am flying on Delta Metal from Dallas Love Field to GRU and connecting in Atlanta. All flights are Delta operated. I am confirmed in Delta One for myself and one passenger on the same reservation. Will both of us since traveling in Delta One Cabin get lounge access at the Delta Skyclub in Atlanta and at the Latam Lounge on arrival at GRU?

Reading the rules within LATAM, I don't think so at GRU.

This language for LATAM elites clearly indicate it is for departing flights or at connecting city.
