Wow … I’ve never seen so much combined anger and vitriol towards Delta Air Lines like this before… and rightfully so! Loyal DL flyers deserve to be beyond incensed!!
and this so called Starbucks “deal” is garbage!

Load funds in your Starbucks app with your DL Reserve and you can earn 1 MQD for every $10 at Starbucks.
I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy a gift card in advance for this deal since I don’t know how often I’ll be flying DL come 2024 (said gift card may sit around for a while) but had this been announced last week when I purchased a ticket that cost me $300, I would have bought the gift card first and taken the $20 in “free Starbucks”.

But maybe you like Fa Tassachinos?
Boycott why? If it is something you'll use, it makes perfect sense. $20 of "free coffee" (or diabetes-inducer, or whatever). DL won't give a flying eff for the TMs.*
(*Tantrum Medallions, as more fully described elsewhere.)

Nice to see you. GG says hello! No, we don't actually fly much anymore, but the firehorse and the bell....

Neither Starbucks nor Delta is "giving" anyone anything is really the point. It's a pretty insulting time to pretend generosity, so I get why people are mad. I have said it before, I don't even fly Delta, but I keep up with all this rather closely, since one copies another, and it's troubling how greedy they have become. Someone has to pay for all these pay raises I guess.

Delta is giving you an out (of the addiction) you have voluntarily submitted to. Go and enjoy life. Also, be a free agent, so you would be indifferent and unaffected by any changes.
