WSJ Video article on ATL's Kitchens

Unfortunately I don't have a free version. Overall it was pretty interesting to get a peek into the operations of their ATL kitchens (they highlight Newrest trucks, I'm not sure the relationship with DL). Highlight at 3:43 of DL's newest widebodies.
Edited to add: Some background on Newrest, which appears to be an independent contractor breaking into the US market via DL.
