Has any one done JFK to PRG in Delta One
We booked it for this summer. It’s on a 767 and casual googling makes me think they’re a little haggard. Has one done this route ? How was it ?
thanks !

Haven't done the route but have done other JFK-Europe flights on 767.
We need to know more though?
- What class of service? (I like 330 and 350 D1 better than 767)
- If in coach or C+ you have 2-3-2 seating in the back so that's a plus.
- How many people traveling?

To be fair, it depends on what one is accustomed to. If you are used to D1 Suites, the 767 will be a disappointment. If you normally fly coach, and are springing for D1, the 767 will be an upgrade.
I will say the most, if not all, the 767’s have small overhead bins. So best to check a bag if possible.

Would agree with others that it's long in the tooth but it's not all doom and gloom -- it is still better than flying in Y. Haven't flown the 763 to PRG specifically but have many times to Europe and to SFO in both D1 and C+.
I strongly urge you to book row 1 (if available), that is the best set of seats on the plane (both the solo seats and the pair in the middle). The actual IFE screen isn't great so if you have an iPad, I would preload with content. When I fly on the 763, I'll use the IFE during meal service but then switch to my iPad or laptop for the rest of the flight.

If this route is selling DPS, the ship you’re on will have updated seat covers in D1 and a few extra bells and whistles. It will feel fresher and the seats and IFE should work a bit better as they were “cleaned up” in the most recent mod.
Best way to tell this is if the section immediately behind D1 is 2x2x2.
If there’s no DPS on this route, expect a tired and pretty shabby old product.

If you don't mind sleeping like a corpse, it's probably ok. This 1-2-1 in 767 is too tight for me in lie-flat, and I'm not even particularly wide.; my best sleeping position was in a lounging position.
It's still probably going to be a good experience but since that flight ain't until summer I would keep a lookout for schedule changes that would prompt a free flight change. I would think any other D1 cabin would be better (even the A35L, IMO)

The food also has nothing to do with the 763 -- it's the same D1 food you get whether they were flying you on the 763 or on an A359
