Does DL have any 5th freedom flights or non-US destination/origin flights?

Used to have a couple out of NRT, but I think they're both gone now. I think it was Manila and maybe ICN? I don't think there are any more.
Sorry you can't come to the States still. Amazing how over 100 countries no longer require the vaccine for entry; but apparently not the one with both major vaccine companies on our stock exchange.

Unless things have changed, you can use many Delta credits for other airline flights that don't touch the USA. I have, for example, used residual value to book on KE within Asia. I had to call in and walk an agent through exact flights being requested, but it wasn't an issue. At least worth a shot!

I saw KIX > ICN > HAN operated by KE on sale for cash on the DL website last week for late Jan / early Feb when I was also looking at award tickets.

Yes. They operated (NW then DL) it cause AF/KL couldn't . Since NW/DL operated it fell under the US/INDIA bilateral. The EU/INDIA bilateral limited number of flights/carriers. Once AF/KL could operate, it went away.
