Flight DL### Pending Joint Venture Approval
Has anyone ever booked a flight that says pending joint venture approval?
Looking at a DL flight number LATAM flight in July 2023
If the joint venture was for some reason not finally approved, would Delta have to reaccomodate since it is a Delta ticket with Delta flight numbers?
It is a D1 roundtrip and the Delta metal only flights are a few hundred more.

(Only the JFK-LIM is on LATAM)
