Delta issued ticket, KLM paid upgrade - mileage credit?
Returned a couple of days ago from a SFO-EBB round trip - a KLM operated flight but purchased on Delta.com.
On the return, I purchased an upgrade to business class directly from KLM. My Delta Sky mileage credit does not reflect this change in cabin & fare. I am wondering if I am eligible to receive the additional MQMs and MQDs based on fare class and cost. I realize its a bit complicated, but curious if I should submit the info to Delta?
