Erratic SDC Availability

I'm currently fiddling with the website trying to get SDC availability to "kick out". The website is about as useful as it was pre-pandemic, which is to say "I hope nobody was actually paid to code this".

Anyhow...on four separate refreshes, I got (in order) three flight options, five flight options, two flight options, and five flight options (again). Strangely, at least one of the options indicated (DL2531/DL1478) shows as an SDC option but the main search shows no First availability, another option (DL2531/DL363) shows First availability (J and C), another one (DL2685/DL2658) wants $407 to switch to a flight with no F availability on either segment...and another option which shows availability in C for both segments (DL2070/DL2782) doesn't show up at all. The price asked for (in addition to being, well, not in line with the SDC policies as I understand them) seems to have zero correlation with the prevailing price.

Does anybody know what's up with this madness? Or has the SDC page just gotten more demented over the last two years while I was "away"?

Edit: A phone agent was able to make the change work, but...really, the above is erratic even by what I'm used to from DL.

Are you clicking modify flights? Or going through the OLCI process where you can click a link that says something like view other options or something similar?
