check-in using iPhone 12 PRO issue

check-in using iPhone 12 PRO issue

Using my iPhone at T-18 (hrs) the screen showed: "on-line check-in not available". Using the link in my email from DL (noting that my trip is ready for c/i), I was able to c/i and received the associated QR code on my iPhone.
Is this a DL issue or an Apple issue?

DL IT. Presuming there is no reason you can’t check in online (e.g. having a pet in cabin on your ticket), the app should allow it.

Hit refresh button in app. It normally just needs to refresh and you can checkin, IME.
