Change flight after using Global Award certificate

Change flight after using Global Award certificate
I just used 3 global award certificates to upgrade an international flight from Premium Economy to Delta One. We now may need to change the flight, will we lose our upgrade certificates?

No, but will need to reclear upgrades.
