Same aircraft, downgraded complementary upgrade?

Will be on today’s ATL-DTW A330 flight, upgraded to F at the medallion window 5 days prior. Got the upgrade email, selected my seat, received the check-in email, all with correct F seat number.

I checked my boarding pass now, the seat number changed to economy. It’s the same aircraft. Whats going on here? What should I expect?

update: seems to be an IT error.

What's an IT error? The fact you got an upgrade or the economy seat your BP now shows you in?? How did you get it resolved?
