using app vs delta.com on pc issues
(1)I recently flew on a flt for which I was notified that (T minus 10hrs) it would be delayed by 30 min. I had already checked in, but my boarding pass disappeared from the app.
(2)I'm scheduled to fly on Friday 3/5, using delta.com the seat map when I move my mouse over seats in D1 cabin shows FREE but also lists a $965 fee--in the past I've called DL to lock in my FREE upg. While on hold for an agent I checked the app (using my iphone) and was able to get seat 4A FREE.
(screwy wait times for an agent 1 hr and then 5 minutes later 8 min...but was still on hold after 12, when I hung up...I was upgraded.)
