Fare Code Assistance Please
Can anyone assist with this Delta fare code? The look-up cuts some of the information and references items not explained, for example Category 19 discounts.

Basically, I am just looking for the change fee, to determine the residual ticket value I'd have remaining if I needed to make a voluntary change. And also if the residual fare would be applicable to any flight, including destination/origin changes. Based on the value (perceived) of pricing for the itinerary, I'm wondering if this fare code is carries significant penalties or restrictions for changes. Thanks!
