Thanks Delta! (Easy Re-booking Success Story)
i was scheduled to fly D1 HAN-ICN-MSP September 7th. Then a typhoon threatened South Korea. I got a warning that ICN-MSP was delayed 3+ hours and that HAN-ICN might be affected. Called DM line and got rebooked HAN-HND-LAX-MSP on D1. No extra fees.
Made it home on time. 5 hours ahead of the ICN-MSP flight. Thanks Delta!
