How long do you use the showers in SkyClubs?

I remember when Delta used to fly into T4 at LHR on the DTW flights and contracted with Yotel for their arrival lounge they had a time limit of 60 minutes on the room and would always call the room at 40 minutes to remind you that the time was almost up. That was a little aggravating though because you had the room for an hour and there was a small bed in the room and I used to shower and would want to use the rest of the hour to rest up before grabing the underground into the city.
At a regular sky club I try to shower ASAP and usually take no more than 20 minutes. I know it can be aggravating waiting on a shower and a lot of skyclubs only have a couple showers and it takes the attendant time to clean them between passengers.

I could see somebody who feels the need to shave, or a female primping taking longer though.
But 30 minutes? Is this the nicest place in the club to hang out, or what?

It depends if anyone is waiting. If no one is waiting, I'm certainly using the time to take a hot shower, brush my teeth, use a 'more recently cleaned' toilet, freshen up, etc. I'm only using these after red-eyes or long international flights, so it's nice to use the shower to wake up and prepare for whatever flight is next. 10 min in the shower is about the max, but I'm definitely not rushing when I'm already moving slow and half asleep when I get in there. Now, if someone is waiting, that's a different story...

I don't think I've ever taken 30 minutes, but I do take a little longer if I'm coming from or going to work (and need to swap suit/tie/belt/shoes, need to go into the suiter part of my carryon). Maybe 20-25 minutes in that scenario, 15 minutes if just swapping in/out of street clothes. I'm much faster at home but it's quicker to grab clothes from a closet than it is to fish them out of a suitcase.

Admittedly I do not shave while traveling, but agree that 10 minutes is all. I would not take longer than this at home, so fail to see why I should hang out in the club showers.
